Sizes over 18 incur extra charges which are determined by the manufacturer. Certain manufacturers offer the option of a fabric change for an additional charge determined by the manufacturer. Extra length and additional yardage are available. Ask about pricing.
 

Alterations are available locally by "Sun Oak Tailors". Please contact 337-988-6565 for prices and appointment. Sposa Bella clients receive a 15% discount.
 

A deposit of 60% is required on all special orders. Special orders cannot be cancelled. All special orders must be paid in full within 30 days of the stores receipt of the order. A charge of $5.00 per day late fees will be added to your account for each day over the 30 days. After 60 days any special order not paid in full can be sold as stock merchandise. An additional fee will be charged for any order shipped to another location based on shipping charges, expedited or standard.
 

Returns, exchanges and credits are not available on any merchandise. All sales are final due to the nature of the merchandise.
 

If a rush order is required, an extra charge will be added, which is determined by each manufacturer.
 

Sposa Bella is not responsible for measurements taken by an outside source. All orders are based on manufacturers size charts. We strongly recommend a combination of measuring and trying on a dress in a similar style by that manufacturer to determine the fit of the dress. Hollow to Hem is available from most manufacturers for an additional fee.
